Technical Property Management of Association:
- Maintenance inspections of all common areas on a regular basis.
- Organize association owners’ meetings
- Provide extensive consultation for the owners regarding necessary repairs, replacements and maintenance works and coordination of technical measures
- Pursue warranty claims
- Propose and provide decision-making documents for capital expenditure and refurbishment measures
- Propose measures that preserve or increase the property’s value
